We can't refund money for registering the domain nor will we offer refunds on any third-party plugins we purchase on your behalf to power your e-commerce experience, which get billed to the client in advance of starting the project or as incurred.

We offer free advice on all the products and services to identify what we think make most sense for you and your business. We will provide free training with all of the CMS products we deliver to help you hit the ground running. Then once your site is live we provide free support and are always available by email and phone to answer any question you might have because we are here to help you.

Still, we understand that many small businesses still work with paper estimating, invoicing, billing. So you don't need to change anything about the way you currently do business. Creating a website is just about exposing your business to new potential clients online and generating new sales. There's no need to overhaul your business before you get online. However, we can certainly help you do that if you want.

Due to the high level of custom work and the collaborative nature of building your website it's difficult to predict exact turn around time. We can have you up and running in just a few short days. But the process could involve several rounds of revisions and content changes before your website is fully complete. However, we are committed to expeditiously completing the web design portion and in our experience most delays in delivery occur on the clients end, specifically during the review and providing feedback to us, such as approving design mockups or web design changes. That being said, figure it will take a month before the major development on your website is complete.

Certain restrictions do apply and any money we pay on your behalf for registering the domain, purchasing plugins or extensions for your website, third-party fees, must be paid as they're incurred.
